9.2 No liability will be accepted for late or delayed delivery of Goods.
9.3 Furry UK Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential accidental breaches of copyright or IP infringement and may refuse orders where such circumstances are identified.
9.4 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
10. Force Majeure
Furry UK Ltd is not liable for any delay or failure to perform where caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to strikes, transport disruption, natural disasters, supply chain shortages, pandemics, or government restrictions.
11. Termination / Refusal of Service
11.1 We reserve the right to terminate any Contract or refuse service if:
